MYRAKELL Cookie Policy

Effective Date: August 24, 2026 | Last Updated: August 24, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how MYRAKELL LLC ("MYRAKELL," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit MYRAKELL.com or access or use the MYRAKELL software platform and related services (collectively, the "Service").

This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains more generally how MYRAKELL collects, uses, discloses, and protects information.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small data files that websites and online services may store on or access through a user's browser or device.

Cookies can perform different functions, including maintaining a user's authenticated session; remembering certain preferences; supporting security; helping websites function properly; measuring website usage; or supporting advertising or other tracking technologies.

Not all websites use cookies for all of these purposes. MYRAKELL currently uses cookies primarily as necessary to operate and secure the Service.

2. Cookies MYRAKELL Currently Uses

MYRAKELL currently uses essential or strictly necessary cookies required for core Service functionality.

These cookies support functions such as authenticating users; maintaining logged-in sessions; recognizing an active session; maintaining appropriate account and role information during a session; supporting security; maintaining Business Owner or Agency Workspace access where applicable; and providing other functionality necessary for the Service to operate.

Because these cookies are necessary for core Service functionality, disabling them may prevent certain portions of MYRAKELL from functioning correctly.

3. Session Cookies

MYRAKELL currently uses a signed session cookie to support authentication and account-session functionality.

Depending on how you use the Service, session information may be associated with information such as user identifiers, email address, name, user role, Agency role, login information, remember-me status, profile information, and Business Owner or Business identifiers.

The session cookie allows MYRAKELL to maintain the context necessary for an authenticated user to move between authorized areas of the Service.

The cookie itself and related session mechanisms are used to support operation of the Service and are not currently used by MYRAKELL for behavioral advertising.

4. Essential Cookies

Essential cookies are necessary for functions such as account authentication, session management, security, and access control.

These cookies generally cannot be disabled through a MYRAKELL preference setting without affecting the functionality of the Service.

You may be able to block cookies through your browser settings. However, blocking essential cookies may prevent you from signing in, remaining signed in, accessing an Agency Workspace, accessing a Business Workspace, maintaining an authenticated session, or using other account-based features.

5. Analytics Cookies

MYRAKELL does not currently use analytics cookies identified in the present implementation for tracking how users interact with MYRAKELL.com or the Service.

If MYRAKELL introduces analytics technologies in the future, we will update this Cookie Policy and provide any notices, choices, or consent mechanisms required by applicable law.

6. Advertising and Behavioral Tracking Cookies

MYRAKELL does not currently use advertising cookies or behavioral advertising pixels identified in the present implementation.

MYRAKELL does not currently use cookies to serve targeted advertising based on activity across unrelated websites, create cross-site advertising profiles, or share personal information through advertising cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising.

If MYRAKELL's practices change, this Cookie Policy and any applicable cookie controls will be updated.

7. Local Storage and Session Storage

The current MYRAKELL application does not use browser localStorage or sessionStorage for application data.

If MYRAKELL later introduces these or similar browser-storage technologies, we may update this Cookie Policy where appropriate.

8. Third-Party Services

MYRAKELL uses third-party services to provide certain platform functionality. These may include providers supporting artificial intelligence, business and place information, email delivery, hosting and infrastructure, databases, background processing, content delivery, and other technical operations.

Some third-party resources may receive technical information necessary to deliver their services, such as IP address, browser information, or request information.

Third-party providers may operate according to their own privacy policies and terms. The use of a third-party service by MYRAKELL does not necessarily mean that the third party places an advertising or analytics cookie on your browser.

For more information about MYRAKELL's use of third-party services and processing of information, please review our Privacy Policy.

9. Managing Cookies Through Your Browser

Most browsers allow users to control cookies through browser settings.

Depending on your browser, you may be able to view stored cookies, delete cookies, block some or all cookies, prevent websites from storing new cookies, or receive notifications when a website attempts to store a cookie.

Blocking or deleting MYRAKELL's essential session cookies may cause you to be signed out and may prevent authenticated portions of the Service from functioning correctly.

Browser controls vary by browser and device. Please consult your browser's settings or documentation for available controls.

10. Cookie Consent

Because MYRAKELL currently uses essential cookies required for operation of the Service and does not currently use optional analytics or behavioral-advertising cookies identified in the present implementation, MYRAKELL does not currently provide a separate preference center for optional cookie categories.

If MYRAKELL later introduces non-essential cookies or similar technologies that require notice, consent, or opt-out controls under applicable law, we will implement appropriate mechanisms.

11. Do Not Track

Some browsers provide a "Do Not Track" ("DNT") setting or signal.

MYRAKELL does not currently use advertising or behavioral-tracking technologies that change their operation based on legacy browser DNT signals. Accordingly, MYRAKELL does not currently respond differently to legacy DNT signals.

For additional information, please see the California Do Not Track Disclosure in our Privacy Policy.

12. Global Privacy Control and Similar Signals

Some browsers or browser extensions may transmit privacy preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control ("GPC").

MYRAKELL does not currently sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as described in our Privacy Policy.

Accordingly, MYRAKELL does not currently operate advertising-related sale or sharing mechanisms for which an opt-out signal would change MYRAKELL's current practices.

If MYRAKELL's data practices change and applicable law requires recognition of browser-based opt-out preference signals, MYRAKELL will implement appropriate mechanisms.

13. Changes to Our Use of Cookies

MYRAKELL may change the cookies and similar technologies used by the Service as functionality evolves.

For example, we may introduce technologies in the future for analytics, performance monitoring, user preferences, fraud prevention, security, Service improvements, or other legitimate operational purposes.

If we introduce technologies requiring additional notice, consent, or user choice under applicable law, we will provide those mechanisms as required.

14. Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, changes in cookies or similar technologies, new Service functionality, changes to third-party providers, changes in our privacy practices, or changes in applicable legal requirements.

The Last Updated date at the beginning of this Cookie Policy identifies the current version.

If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice where appropriate or required by law.
